Password reset: use “Forgot password” on the login screen; we email instructions to your registered address.

Common questions

Can't sign in? Confirm you are using the Email tab (not only Google/Apple). Check spam for password-reset messages.
Missing data? Ensure you have an internet connection; the app loads from our cloud API.
Payments / bank linking? Payment setup is optional; contact us if Finix or Plaid connection fails.
Privacy, terms & security: see our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, HIPAA & Protected Health Information (PHI), and Security Policy.
Delete your account: export your data first, then see Account Deletion & Data Removal.
